We at Peteats.in only use trackable shipping services, namely:

Once an order has been placed, it shall be shipped with any of the above shipping services (discretion of choice remains with Peteats.in) and a valid tracking code shall be sent to the customer via email and SMS/WhatsApp. The same can be used to track the current status of shipment while in transit.
Certain fragile products containing glass or other sensitive materials are shipped in heavy wooden packaging or thermocouple to keep them from getting damaged while in transit.

Handling & Transit Time
All products ordered with us are processed on the same day, order cut-off time is noon on the same day. All orders placed after noon are processed on the next calendar date. In case of any bank holiday/public holiday please allow us 1-2 days as processing time to get your product shipped.
The average transit time for all orders weighing under 1kg is between 3-7 days and for orders weighing more, it is between 4-5 days.
